Thank you for your interest in vending at this year's Festival. Our Vendors have been a key component of our festivals for years. Their hard work and dedication to presenting diversity in food, culture, art & crafts and information is very much appreciated. They toil for days on end to make sure our attendees have an AWESOME ROCKING time and they start from the day they sign up. They are some of the greatest promoters because they get the word out, like only they can. We LOVE our Vendors. Keep on supporting Rockers Movement for we will keep bringing you festivals to vend at. You ROCK!

 

In addition to an extensive schedule of entertainment and activities at our events, there will be a great variety of unique and interesting goods for sale at several locations throughout the site. Each year Rockers Movement is committed to selecting quality craft and merchandise vendors. The unauthorized sale of merchandise in and outside the park is not permitted, and Rockers Movement is committed to ensuring a successful event for all authorized vendors.

There are several locations throughout the entire site where authorized food vendors will be stationed. The various opportunities are described in the application forms. For health and quality reasons, unauthorized food vendors pose a risk to festival goers. Unauthorized food vendors are not permitted and will be shut down to alleviate that risk.

To apply to vend at our events please download the vendor information below and complete the application form. Send the completed application via U.S. Mail to the address indicated in the information packet. Applications must be received by date stipulated on the application to be included in the initial review and acceptance process. Applications will continue to be accepted until all spaces are filled. E-mail applications will not be accepted. If you have questions, please include them with your application. Each vendor will be required to have a certificate of liability insurance, proof of workers compensation coverage, a Florida sales tax certificate, Miami Dade County Transient Business License. By issuing payment to us either online, check, money order or cash concludes that you have read al terms related to vending at our festival and are in agreement with such. Please note that all things considered and with all rights reserved, artists and venue locations are subject to change for our events without advance or exclusive notice to vendors. All our events are rain or shine and are all ages. Those vendors accepted to the festival will receive an acceptance letter. Those that were not accepted will receive a thank you notification email and a complete refund of their application fee.

The Prices are as follows: These prices do not include the State and City Fees, and all Business Regulation Taxes and fees which can be found on the application link above.

 

Corporate Sponsor Booth (absolutely no product sampling without prior written approval) = $2500

 

Food Vendor - $1000 

 

Artisan - $300

 

Merch - $500

 

Non Profit (must provide 501c3 non profit status to waive the fee) - $300 (Refundable Deposit)

 

There is a mandatory $100 Refundable clean up deposit for all vending fees.
